baji355 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer from selected Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in BDT and credited to your baji355 BDT wallet.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at baji355 is ৳200. There is no platform-side fee charged by baji355 on deposits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your baji355 balance within 60 seconds. Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by baji355 within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically received by the player within 2 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. baji355 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your National ID card and evidence of the payment method used for deposits — before processing any withdrawal. baji355 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits awarded to a baji355 account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

Eligible Games: Not all games on the baji355 platform contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion — including through the registration of duplicate accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonus credits and potential account suspension.

Expiry: All baji355 bonus credits carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus credits not used within the specified period will be removed from the account automatically without notice. Sportsbook: Bets placed on the baji355 sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable; for football, FIFA or the relevant domestic league authority. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baji355 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

baji355 uses fraud detection, pattern analysis, and account monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, baji355 may — without prior notice — suspend the account, place a hold on any pending withdrawal, and conduct an investigation. The outcome of any such investigation, and any action taken as a result, is at the sole discretion of baji355.

baji355 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, at its sole discretion, where it determines that a violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 07, failure to meet age verification requirements, and breach of the one-account-per-person rule.

Voluntary Account Closure: Any baji355 account holder who wishes to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting the baji355 support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, baji355 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the baji355 platform for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion through the account settings page or by contacting support. During the self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. baji355 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players. Consequences of Closure for Prohibited Conduct: Where a baji355 account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion — all account balances (real-money and bonus) held at the time of closure are forfeited. No withdrawal will be processed. Any bets placed using fraudulently obtained funds or bonus credits will be voided.

Right of Appeal: Account holders who believe that a suspension or closure decision has been made in error may appeal by contacting the baji355 support team at [email protected] with a written explanation of their grounds for appeal. baji355 will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. The decision reached upon review is final.
